Health & AI Information

On this page

For an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not wait for a website form, an email reply, a notification, or an AI response. POP’s public website is not a medical consultation or an emergency service.

Your care team’s instructions come first

This website explains a tool that organizes and explains information from your care team. Its educational content and examples do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or establish a relationship with a healthcare professional.

Follow your original instructions and any later changes confirmed by your care team. If information is missing, contradictory, or different from what your clinician told you, ask your care team or pharmacist to clarify it. Do not start, stop, or change a medicine or treatment based on a website example or an AI explanation.

AI can make mistakes

AI can misread documents, omit details, misunderstand dates or doses, and generate a plausible explanation that is wrong. A translation can change clinical meaning. Check information against the original instructions and confirm uncertainty with your care team. A disclaimer does not replace appropriate product safeguards or professional review.

Reminders are not clinical monitoring

A reminder or check-in is an organizational aid. It does not confirm that care happened, that a message reached someone, or that a clinician is watching your recovery. Notifications can be delayed or missed. Keep a backup plan for time-sensitive care and use the contact and escalation instructions provided by your care team.

Illustrations and study information

The recovery scenarios and sample conversations on this website illustrate how POP may be used. They are not instructions for your own care, evidence of a clinical outcome, or a promise of results. Features can differ by version and deployment.

Study information describes an evaluation, not proof that POP improves health outcomes. Read the study page and the materials supplied by the study team before deciding whether to participate. Requesting a code is not consent to participate.

Care questions and website feedback

For a personal health question, contact your care team. For a website error or an accessibility issue, write to contact@pophealth.ai. Do not include medical records or urgent symptoms in ordinary email or public forms.
